In a private membership area. Immediately after you sign up, you will be emailed a unique login to access the entire course. This six-module course is broken up into 22 easy-to-digest videos, 6 guided meditations, and downloadable worksheets that you can go through at your own pace.
One of the best things about this program is that it’s designed to fit into your life right now. The total running time for 22 training videos is 90-minutes, the 6 meditations total 2-hours and you complete the course at your own pace. I suggest completing 1 module per day, unwinding with the meditation and moving forward when you are ready. If you miss a day or two, just pick up where you left off.
You’ll have lifetime access to the membership site. After finishing the course, you can easily take it over and see how much you have progressed.
There will be a private group you can use to interact with other students, and the instructor, share your experience and ask questions.
